What is an in-home mobile massage?

 

 

I bring the full luxury spa experience to you. That means I provide the massage table, fresh linens, oils, music, and everything needed for your session. You just choose a quiet space — I’ll handle the rest.

 

 

 

What should I expect during my session?

 

 

I’ll arrive on time and set up quietly. We’ll do a quick consultation to review your goals, pressure preferences, and any problem areas. You’ll undress to your comfort level, stay fully draped, and relax while I do the work. Afterward, I’ll give you a few minutes to re-center while I quietly pack up.

 

 

 

How do I prepare for my appointment?

 

 

  • Pick a calm space with room to walk around a massage table (about 9×6 ft).

  • Shower before your session for comfort and relaxation.

  • Set your phone to silent and let family or roommates know you’ll be off limits.

  • Have water nearby — hydration supports muscle recovery.

  • You can dim the lights, light a candle, or let me set the tone.

 

 

 

 

What do I need to provide?

 

 

Just the space, access to an outlet, and a comfortable environment. I bring everything else — table, sheets, oils, music, and ambiance.

 

 

 

Do I have to undress completely?

 

 

Nope. Undress only to your comfort level. You’ll be draped the entire time, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Comfort and professionalism come first.

 

 

 

What happens after my session?

 

 

You may feel deeply relaxed or even “floaty” for a bit. Drink water, stretch gently, and let your body rest. If we worked deep, mild soreness is normal — it fades in 24 hours. I’ll share personalized aftercare tips before I go.

 

 

 

How often should I book?

 

 

That depends on your goals.

 

  • Maintenance & stress relief: every 2–4 weeks

  • Chronic pain or recovery: weekly or bi-weekly sessions until improvement

 

 

 

 

What’s included in a “luxury” in-home session?

 

 

Expect premium touches — heated table, aromatherapy, high-quality oils, curated music, and professional-grade linens. Every detail is designed to make your home feel like a private spa sanctuary.

 

 

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

 

 

Life happens — just give notice as soon as possible. My full cancellation policy is included in your booking confirmation for transparency.
