Founded in 2017, Respect Khancept began as a bold clothing line a creative outlet that celebrated individuality, self-expression, and strength. What started as a simple idea has evolved into a multi-dimensional lifestyle company rooted in health, wealth, and wellness.
Today, Respect Khancept has expanded beyond apparel into wellness services, holistic products, and community-inspired initiatives that uplift and educate. Every project reflects the same mission — to build with intention, live with purpose, and inspire others to do the same.
Our Story
I’m Kaylynn Harian, founder, CEO, and visionary behind Respect Khancept.
I was born in Louisiana, raised in Southern California, and now call Dallas, Texas home.
As a young mother and entrepreneur, I knew early on that no job would ever provide the life, freedom, and legacy I wanted for myself, my son, and my family. So, I built it.
From long days as a licensed massage therapist and cosmetologist to late nights developing my brand, I turned passion into purpose and purpose into prosperity. Every move I’ve made has been about ownership, autonomy, and impact.
I believe in entrepreneurship over employment, wellness over burnout, and community over competition. My mission is to help others find their lane, elevate their mindset, and build multiple streams of income while staying grounded in self-care, love, and integrity.
