Cancellation Policy
At Respect Khancept, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies: • Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations (less than 4 hours’ notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee. • No-Call, No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid penalties.
